Luke the technician worked on my laptop and removed some of the apps that I didn't need to be there in the background running as they were slowing down my laptop computer as he explained, and fixed up the popups and the error messages that were coming on etc. The communication with Luke was great and extremely clear. Luke took the time to explain different things about the system. I couldn't be happier with his service and I will use them again for any computer troubles or also setting up my new a computer in the feature.
