Harry has been to my house twice to help me with IT issues – fixing an issue with my laptop and delivering and installing a new desktop. He always takes the time to listen to my questions and my requirements before suggesting a solution. He explains things in a manner I can understand which gives me confidence in his recommendations.

As a long time Computer Cures customer I recently had cause to book a service call. My technician who called was Fred who fixed my problem and also brought me up to date with current technology. Fred is a wonderful additive to he Computer Cures team.

Two visits, and great outcomes with our home WiFi issues, and a home computer in need of a re-build; both for hardware and software. Harry and Fred dug deep into diagnosing our modem issues then progressing to a fix of the WiFi. Throughout the process their communications over our technical issues, and over the pathway to fixes gave comfort that our system was in good hands. Harry also offered little extras like tidying up the cords while getting down on the floor to plug in the computer and was able to fix up many minor, but none-the-less annoying issues for us and educate us on self-fixes or better ways to do things in the future – all done quickly and efficiently. It seemed that nothing was beyond his scope or too much trouble.

Fred solved a difficult network speed issue very promptly & efficiently. Fred’s knowledge was very impressive.

Fred Khan from Computer Cures was knowledgeable, efficient and excellent to deal with in regard to setting up a printer and ensuring that all PCs, iPads etc. were connected.

After Windows 10 did an update, the computer could not connect with the external monitor. I thought I would have to buy a new monitor but Paul advised me that it probably wasn’t the monitor. Rather, it was a glitch that occurred with the update. Techie Fred came out to see me. Sure enough, the problem with caused by Microsoft. Fred found the right driver, installed it and tested it. Everything is back to working order. I don’t need to buy another monitor!

As always, Computer Cures knows exactly what is needed to solve a problem. They are the ONLY people I would call for my tech issues. (And I recently discovered that a friend of mine also relies on Computer Cures for all her tech issues!)
