Adam was not only very knowledgeable but friendly, patient and very punctual. Fixed our Mac and gave me some good pointers for my iPhone to boot ! Also impressed with the office staff (Katee).

Harry fixed it all, and then more. Our WiFi system had been jinxed following a remote re-set of our modem. Harry re-set to our password, set up the WiFi-extender software on a home computer in case we need to re-set in future, then re-set our networked audio system.

Then came the valued extras like coaching in the broader capabilities of the audio network app, fixing a sound issue with our TV-audio connection, and a quick health-check and fix of a desktop computer and email-client. We were delighted with all the fixes and the efficient way it was done. (and he liked our cat)

Adam updated our old Mac laptop, fitted a new battery, cleaned it beautifully and wiped it so we could gift it to my mother. Service and follow up were excellent. Very happy and 100% recommend!
