Harry is a gem. He thoroughly investigated my problem, and solved it – then in response to a remark I made about an ongoing concern promptly delved into that as well. And came up with a surprising solution, which I’m now pursuing through my ISP (who I might add don’t seem to be as switched on as Computer Cures). A great outcome from a short Team Viewer session.

Our Sonos system completely crashed and Sonos were useless in helping fix the situation. But Harry the technician was amazing. He got to the bottom of the issue and fixed the system plus helped with other tech issues we had. We highly recommend Computer Cures. Delightful to deal with and very professional.

Very nice to meet a capable, pleasant expert in his field with an abundance of patience with me, someone older, but with great interest in what he was doing. My problems were mainly “housekeeping” but the suggestion of a SSD drive has certainly quickened up our Mac. Computer Cures was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience with them saving his iMac. Adam diagnosed my issue within a few minutes over the phone: older software & very ancient hard drive – plus a few other issues. I didn’t want a new iMac – I’d rather work with what I have given it is a good machine. Adam came by the same day, picked up my iMac, took it back to the office for a hard drive upgrade over night.

Brought it back & voila. Faster than ever & smooth as…..no more ‘spinning wheel from hell’. He also spent some time working around an issue on Pages – very much appreciated. Recommended!

Adam was a huge help in salvaging the files off of an old portable hard drive and Apple laptop that had both broken down. He went above and beyond when it initially didn’t look like we had too many options. Adam was really great – I had many issues with my Mac running slow to start up and not shutting down properly. Apps took ages to open as well.
