Great technical advice and excellent service.
Paul has been servicing our computer for over 12 months now and we have been totally impressed by his technical skill and knowledge. He has always been prompt and reliable. When we decided to replace our compuuter Paul provided us with the advice we needed to buy the most suitable replacement. I would recommend Paul to anyone.

Quick and helpful
Paul set my Wifi up after the NBN went in through Foxtel. Our set-up was very complicated but he got it sorted. I only had one problem several months later (turned out my daughter had pulled one of the plugs out!!) Paul figured it out with me over the phone and we were up and running in no time. Would definitely recommend for tricky situations and Apple families.

My wife can now understand how to use the new hardware he recommended which in real time is a miracle. Paul is an absolute legend! He provided same day service as well as went above and beyond to help setup our office 365 emails and ensure everything was running as it should. Not only is Paul professional he’s also a great guy and has a rare ability to explain technological terms in a way that is relatable and easy to understand. Came for one problem - ended up fixing lots!
We asked Paul to come out to fix a couple of issues on my PC, which took him no time. But, we ended up keeping him for half a day resolving the myriad of other issues around the office. From printers to full PC meltdowns to software issues to ordering new cables, Paul was able to tackle each problem expertly, quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend him.
