I have already recommended Paul to many of my friends because I don’t think they’ll ever get someone better to attend to their computer problems. Paul went beyond the call of duty to assist us. My laptop was still under warranty when it broke down and when I sent it to get fixed, the diagnosis was “faulty hard drive and faulty battery”. The hard drive was replaced but I was told then that the battery (which had never been used!!!) was not covered. Paul, whom I called to transfer what was on the old hard drive onto the new one, thought that that was not acceptable and said: “I’ll get you a new battery.” He fought tooth and nail ( I mean electronically of course) and … he was right. Now, my laptop has a new battery. Bravo, Paul! Et merci beaucoup !

Quite recently we decided to downsize from a two storey/four bedroom home to an apartment and started to worry about the transfer and set up of our new phone and internet facilities.
