“Paul knows his stuff. He removed over 1500 viruses from my daughter’s laptop. I was on the verge of throwing the thing away, so bad were the internet browser ads and malware. This saved me around $1000. Not to mention the relief you feel when you don’t have to deal with frustrating IT error messages while you try to fix something for your daughter as she hovers at your shoulder.
Oh and while we were waiting for the software to fix the laptop, Paul also connected our new flat screen TV to the internet. Now my daughter was very happy about that. My wife loves catch up TV on big screen viewing. But I digress.
Paul is knowledgeable and willing to experiment and research where the latest tricks of the IT trade have shifted the game. He doesn’t pretend to know all of it and waste your time. When things change he tells you what he is going to do about it, does his research and goes ahead and does it.

Paul arrived and we were so pleased to see a person and not have to communicate via email and talk to and allow a “remote” technician to manipulate our PCs from afar. Paul appreciated that our eyes tended to glaze over with PC jargon and gobbledygook. He explained the problems and fixes in easy understandable language.
He went further and assessed our telephones, wireless modem and Apple TV problems (including problems occurring as a result of Microsoft and Apple updates). He also upgraded my wife’s PC to Windows 7 with all the problems of new applications. At the same time he acted on our behalf by talking to Telstra regarding cable connections.
It is all systems go for us now thanks to Paul.

In short – Paul did everything I asked him to do. He got rid of a very annoying spyware that I had spent 3 hours trying to get rid of. Harvey Norman wanted to do a complete reinstall of my computer and have my computer for 2 days.
Paul fixed the problem in an hour and saved me all the hassle.
He even came round for free the next day when my computer was not printing (which ended being a totally separate incident).
I found him to have excellent IT knowledge, he was approachable and good value for money. I have no problem recommending him.

As such using some hardware we already had; we now have really fast WiFi all over the house with no dead or slow areas. Reconfigured and routed multiple Modems via the Base Apple Airport to create an excellent signal.
He was also able to optimise and discuss all our niggly issues.
