Fred was brilliant. He clearly has in-depth knowledge of I.T. systems and was able to complete my transfer to the NBN in a way I didn’t fully understand – no surprise there – which avoided any unnecessary interaction with my ISP.

Will definitely be my first port of call should I need any future support.

Luke from Computer Cures came to my home to install a new computer and to transfer old computer files to the new computer. Luke was a very capable operator with a very friendly attitude and was most efficient in what he did. He also explained the progress of the file transfer and once completed showed how the new computer worked and it’s features.
