Ai from computer cures upgraded my home network improved connections to all points we now have great streaming. Also Al set up two computer monitors to PC and laptop. Excellent prompt service. The technician not only replaced my battery but attended to other queries I had regarding a peripheral and software upload. He was knowledgeable and took time to explain to me the problems. I would get him again.

Booked for a battery change, but when Al arrived he not only checked and replaced the battery, he checked my peripherals to check something that wasn’t working correctly and noticed I didn’t have certain piece of software, so uploaded a free version for me. He went beyond what I ordered. He was prompt and knowledgeable. I would ring him next time I need something.

Fantastic service fixing our gaming laptop while we were traveling through Melbourne, back quicker than we were exempting with everything fixed beautifully!

My computer was running very slowly but on Xmas Day it was infected with a virus, an extremely difficult time to have these problems.

He provided excellent communication at every stage of the process and, as well as always being on time and very efficient, he was obviously an expert in his field and highly professional.

He also gave me really helpful information and tips about my new Windows 11 system I’d not been aware of, even though I’m a fairly savvy end user when it comes to software. My only regret is I hadn’t known about Computer Cures before ordering my new system!
