I discovered Computer Cures when looking for help in connecting up a new desktop computer, and I’m so glad I did! Al was amazing! He provided excellent communication at every stage of the process and, as well as always being on time and very efficient, he was obviously an expert in his field and highly professional.

He also gave me really helpful information and tips about my new Windows 11 system I’d not been aware of, even though I’m a fairly savvy end user when it comes to software. My only regret is I hadn’t known about Computer Cures before ordering my new system!

I will know better next time and will ask Computer Cures to build one for me. In the meantime I know I can turn to them for any other computer issues that may arise. They may not be the cheapest, but it’s worth paying more for such prompt, professional and personable service!

Laptop screen failed, so I contacted Computer Cures and Al contacted me back and I stated my issue and we went through the different scenarios that would allow me to be back online in the best way and in an efficient way.

Everything went far more smoothly than even I expected and I was back in business within a very short amount of time. A very professional organisation.

I had visit from JASS today. He repaired what was necessary, replaced my hard drive and updated our systems.

I am totally satisfied with his service .

Jass was able to set me up with a new email provider and syncing my emails to Windows and IPhone in a timely and efficient manner.
