Madu was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He helped me to reconnect with my email etc. I have more confidence in using my computer again.

I found Madu very polite and showed an interest in my family history, while doing his job, 84 years old with plenty of stories.

Only gave 4 stars just in case he has improved next time I need him.!

I rang Paul in the morning & Jass was here by mid afternoon. Jass has helped us out before and yesterday was no exception. This time the problem was an ageing modem rather than a computer issue. This was affecting computers, land lines, Google hub & smart TV. Jass quickly diagnosed the problem & set about fixing things. He then methodically checked & tested all devices.

He is punctual, very knowledgeable & very competent. He is also calm, patient & re-assuring. As well as fixing the main problem, he also did a little bit of “tidying up” of cords, cables etc. When we were forced to find a new IT person, Jass was the first person Computer Cures sent us.
