Jass again arrived on time & was patient & focused on what had gone wrong. Finally solved & restored Archives & Address book. All now seems well with my wife’s Outlook email setup. Very happy.

Computercare – Paul and Jass in less than six hours from first contact (phone call) reinstated the computer (the SD HD) had completely failed, installed a new HD with 2x speed & 3x capacity, reinstalled all programs and retrieved the files for a very reasonable dollar sum – two hours on-site. For me a 15 out of 10 effort.

A tricky computer issue was solved. Madu undertook the diagnostic work thoroughly and Paul was fantastic in adapting the service delivery, being reasonable and respectful with the proposed action plans.

I was alerted and enabled to get faulty components fixed under warranty whilst having a functioning computer in the interim. Thanks for a great service.

I would like to thank your company for the professional, courteous service from both Paul who I spoke to via phone and to Luke for all the above reasons but

genuine respect for senior citizens in explaining in lay terms and for the recommendation for a printer which may seem like a small issue but is concerning for people who constantly have to go to Office Works to often get important documents printed.
