Do You Like Variety of Work?

We offer a whole range of computer repair and maintenance services, so no two days at work are the same. 

For our business customers you will need the following skills:

  • TCP/IP Networking Experience
  • DNS, DHCP, VLAN, SIP, Active Directory & Cloud Backups experience
  • Advanced Experience with 3CX Phone Systems (VOIP)
  • Experience performing Office 365 email migrations
  • Experience setting up new computers, printers, modems and accessories in various industries and businesses.
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Google G-Suite Experience
  • Email Setup & Troubleshooting (POP, IMAP & Office 365/Exchange)
  • Proficiency in Apple iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.
  • Experience with Synology & QNAP NAS units – installations, security, user management, backups.
  • Understanding of RAID systems.
  • Installations of common anti-virus products.
  • Experience with Ubiquiti products – UNIFI access points, cloud key and routers.
  • Experience setting up business grade internet connections – Fiber, MBE, NBN.
  • Advanced software skills, including troubleshooting Windows 7, 8, and 10, and OSX.
  • Windows Server Experience.
  • Experience with MailGuard Spam Filtering.
  • Onsite, Remote & Phone Support
  • Experience with common ticketing systems and platforms.
  • Experience working in an IT support business; supporting business clients between 3-25 staff.

  • Must live in Melbourne.
  • Reliable and organised.

  • Are willing to undergo a police background check.
