Do You Like Variety of Work?
We offer a whole range of IT projects, support and maintenance services, so no two days at work are the same.
For our customers you will need the following skills:
- Advanced software skills, including troubleshooting Windows 7, 8, 10 and OSX and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience setting up new PCs, iMacs, Laptops, Printers, Modems and Computer Accessories.
- Wired and Wireless networking experience (specifically Ubiquiti UniFi access points, routers, switches)
- Understanding the basics of TCP/IP, DHCPÂ and DNS
- NAS System installations and troubleshooting.
- Setup and support for Microsoft Office 365 & Google G Suite.
- Experience performing Office 365 email migrations (from POP, IMAP, and exchange servers)
- Experience setting up 3CX phone systems.
- Experience providing Onsite, Remote & Phone Support.

The Essentials
Before you pick up the phone, please make sure you meet these basic requirements:
- An Australian (permanent) resident.
- Over 5 years experience in IT support.
- Must live in Melbourne.
- Reliable and organised.
- Outgoing, professional, clean cut and have a can do attitude.
- Own a reliable and well-maintained car and have a full drivers licence (with good driving record).
- Are willing to undergo a police background check.
- Own a smartphone & laptop.
